Movies and TV Series:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are not eligible for a refund if:
    • You have already watched more than 20% of the content.
    • You are unhappy with the content itself (e.g., acting, plot, etc.).
    • You shared your account with others who watched the content.

Live TV:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if:
    • You accidentally purchased the wrong channel subscription.
    • You are unable to watch the live TV channel due to technical issues on Bampe's part.
  • You are not eligible for a refund if:
    • You have already watched the live TV channel for more than 1 hour.
    • You are unhappy with the programming or schedule of the channel.

To request a refund:

  1. Please visit our Help Center and submit a refund request form.
  2. Be sure to include the following information in your request:
    • Your Bampe username
    • The title of the content you purchased
    • The reason for your refund request
